Authors Should Follow the Below Guidelines

• Manuscript must be original and not published elsewhere.
• Write in English using MS Word (.doc or .docx).
• Minimum 3 pages, maximum 15 pages per manuscript.
• Maximum of four authors per paper.
• Use Times New Roman font throughout the document.
• Include relevant Index Terms or Keywords.
• Follow the official Istoriya Journal format.
• Submit through our simplified publication process.

📌 How to Publish Your Paper

1. Submit manuscript and author profile via email.
2. Review committee evaluates and replies with Accept or Reject.
3. On acceptance, submit payment + copyright form.
4. Team verifies all documents and payment.
5. Your paper is published online.

🚫 Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism, whether intentional or accidental, is a serious violation. It includes copying ideas, text, figures, tables, or graphs without proper citation. Any manuscript showing more than 35% similarity without reference is considered plagiarized.

Authors will be allowed a rebuttal if plagiarism is detected. If unsatisfactory, the paper will be retracted and authors may be banned from future submissions.

• Initial screening by the Editor-in-Chief.
• Blind peer review by two expert referees.
• Decision emailed to authors (Accept / Reject).
• Review time: 1 to 4 weeks (up to 2 months in rare cases).
• Only timely completed papers will be published.
• Rejected papers will not be returned.
• Editorial revisions may be made to accepted papers.
